Being able to admit when you’re wrong, is one step closer to self-improvement. At some point, we all make poor and regrettable choices, but only a few of us ever come to realize it. Forgiving yourself paves the road to self-love and happiness.

It’s ok to feel

Masking your emotions never helps. Instead of suppressing intense emotions, acknowledge them. Its the only way to free yourself from the pain. If you never deal with them, you won’t be able to understand the reason behind them. Always know that everything you feel is real and necessary. The worst thing you can do is ignore yourself.
